Copyright Permission Letter

In order for my music video to not get taken down due to copyright, I sent an email to Universal Music Publishing (Spain) asking for permission to use the song.

It was not entirely clear what production company my chosen song was produced/released by, as it was a smaller company. The resources I found said that the label is “Boys Don’t Cry”, which is Frank Ocean’s own project, but it no longer exists. However, it seems like it was owned by Universal.

I haven't received a reply email.
