I needed to urgently organise everything I needed to film into some sort of list, before the filming day (and print it out and take it with me).
I came up with this table of all the different shots. I organised it chronologically with the lyrics of the song, and then allocated a colour to each setting: so that when I'd be in the setting I could easily find the colours on the sheet and take those shots.
Some shots needed multiple takes (of different angles etc), which I added as small checkboxes.
