I set up a "studio" in my living room (consisting of a white screen bought off amazon, and some studio lights). I set up a tripod to film myself, testing out different lightings, and then asked my dad to film some moving camerawork:
I set this home-studio up initially because I am making another music video for an indie band (there is an upcoming post about that), but I thought I might be able to use it again for this music video.
I won't be using the white screen background for my coursework MV, because it just doesn't match the natural vibe I'm trying to achieve through including shots in nature... it seems too fabricated and it doesn't fit with the song.
But I might use a green screen (which I've made another post about).
